The Sixth Robber [运钞大劫案] is a Chinese action movie that was released on 5th December 2025.

About

Seven years after the last armoured truck heist in Zhenhai City, another robbery shakes the town. Captain Jiang Zitai of the criminal investigation unit quickly zeroes in on Wu Shengli, a ruthless offender newly released from prison. As the investigation deepens, the true mastermind—Xiaobao—is brought to light, setting the stage for an intense three-way showdown between law and crime.

Cast

Philip Ng [伍允龙] as Wu Sheng Li
We watch all of Philip’s movies as we know there is going to be some great action and martial arts in them.

Andy On [安志傑 ] as Cao Zhou Chen
It goes without saying that Andy On is getting af work from iQiyi with, as I write this, 5 other films coming up.

Bao Bei Er [包贝尔] as Xiao Bao
As I write this he has 8 other movies lined up to film or in the process of being filmed. Very popular right now.

Review

This movie appeared out of the blue on iQiyi and since it was starring Philip Ng and Andy On we had to see it.

Andy On makes a limited appearance in the movie, at the beginning, so I was a little disappointed he wasn’t in all of it. However, they made sure he was in an action scene.

Philip Ng appeared to play a character that was quite different to what I have recall seeing him in before. He and Andy on wasn’t the central characters really but Bao Bei Er was.

The action sequences were the best part of the movie, it was definitely kiss-ass, any fans of this type of movie will enjoy it.

There were some humour sequences through the movie which broke up the action quite nicely. The dog on the bus was the best part of the movie, its towards the end.

The actual story of the movie was ok, the action came first then the story afterwards.

For the action sequences there was some AI/CGI, most of it was good, some of it needed some fine tuning.
